New Concert dates announced Australia Korea Singapore plus Opatija and Athens

Concerts have been officially announced for Australia, Singapore and Korea.

Other concerts unofficially announced include June 5th, at a festival in Opatija, and July 15th in Athens, Greece.

We've got links to the articles announcing these last 2 on the fansite (everything2cellos.com) but there's nothing official on either of them yet.

2CELLOS with Elton John in Las Vegas for Million Dollar Piano

According to the nice folks at eltonjohn.com, Luka and Stjepan will again be a part of the Elton John band for the upcoming concert series there, from March 29 through April 26. Visit eltonjohn.com for tickets.

And on March 18th and 26th, a movie of the Million Dollar Piano Las Vegas concert will be shown in selected movie theaters worldwide. Ticket sales opened up a few weeks ago, and some shows may be sold out. The details are available at eltonjohn.com.

The site is US friendly and I suspect equally friendly to fans all over the world.

There has been mention of a concert in Belgrade in the fall, and also of a general European 2CELLOS tour in the fall.

The next US tour appears to be on the books for 2015.

2CELLOS paint a cello for the Huntsville Symphony

In October, while on tour, Luka and Stjepan and Dusan painted a half-size cello for the Huntsville (Alabama) Symphony's Painted Violin Society, which raises money for free family symphony concerts in North Alabama. This year, there will be concerts in Huntsville, Madison and Athens, Alabama, during the first weekend in March: http://www.hso.org/education-community/free-family-concert/

The cello will be auctioned at the annual Crescendo Auction on April 4th. http://www.crescendoughauction.org/
